Who we are
Afriflow runs this website and makes the Cadence app. Contact us at cadencesupport@afriflow.online.
The optional launch email
If you ask for the launch email, we store your email address, the language you used, the date you gave consent and the version of the consent wording. We use them for one thing: to send one email when Cadence: Pregnancy & Birth is publicly available. We do not sell the list, share it for advertising or use it for other marketing.
We rely on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time. The list is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Before the launch email is sent, we will name the email delivery provider on this page.
To reduce abuse, Cloudflare Turnstile checks sign-up requests. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser for that check only.
Unsubscribing and deletion
Keep the unsubscribe link shown when you first sign up. The launch email will include one too. Unsubscribing deletes your record from the list. If you no longer have the link, email us and we will remove your record. We delete the whole list within 30 days after sending the launch email. Provider backups may keep copies for their own retention period.
Your hospital-bag checklist
The checklist works in your browser. We never receive your items or names. If you choose Save on this device, the list is kept in this browser’s local storage on this device until you remove it with the button on the checklist or clear this site’s data. Anyone who uses the same browser can see a saved list.
Running the website
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical data, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver pages and protect the service. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Cloudflare privacy policy.
Your rights and changes
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. We update this page when these practices change.
