Cadence Pro is a subscription that covers the whole app, including contraction timing. The App Store shows the price and any free trial before you subscribe.

Do I need an account?

No. Your notes, plans, practice history and timer sessions stay on your phone unless you choose to share them.

Which devices does Cadence support?

Cadence is made for iPhone.

Is Cadence medical advice?

No. Cadence is informational only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or predictions. Ask your healthcare provider or midwife about care decisions and which movement or pelvic floor activities are suitable for you.
